A Personal Story
Having been lucky enough to have worked alongside some of the greatest leaders in the bus industry since the 1990s, and having spent more recent years as a leader in the industry myself, I have tried my best to offer the same encouragement and offer similar opportunities to those that made up my teams.
The number who have gone on to progress in their careers, both within public transport and into other industries, is a source of pride with the hope that I have given them a good basis from which to start or build their career.
How many friendships that endure the changing of jobs and the passing of years.
